    I have a "32gb" with adoptable storage and I'm experiencing the same issues. Badly. To make it even worse, I don't think this phone will receive another update from Motorola (Lenovo), ever again.

    Exact same issue for me when I activated the Moto X pure. Had to use Microsoft Edge

    Don't talk to anyone, do it urself. Take out either the last number of the imei or the first. Same issue as Moto X pure.

    Bars mean nothing really, it's all dependant on which band you're on. On my wife's iPhone 6s, With 2 bars she pulls 70-90mbps on b41.
