Are you sure you're putting the phone in the Otterbox holster with the correct orientation? There is a plastic piece near the USB port that helps lock the phone into the holster. If you put the phone in "upside down" (i.e. the plastic piece on the wrong side) it will not lock in place.

I just got the Otterbox Defender case with holster for my Charge. I really like it. If you want real protection for your Charge, the OD case will give it. From what I've seen in ads for the Seido Surface case it is not worth the money.

I updated my stock Charge to EE4 Sunday afternoon and have not had any issues so far. Browsing seems a little faster. GPS seems to be working fine. So far, so good.

Agreed. Most of my email accounts were already set up as IMAP, but I've converted a few of the straggling POP3 accounts to IMAP now that I've got a smartphone and access my email from both my phone and PC. IMAP folders let me access messages I want to save from any of my connected devices.
