How do I get Itues library onto Charge and play ?

Title says it all :-)

im assuming you meant itunes... download doubletwist on your computer, also install it from the market on your phone.

then import your playlists into doubletwist on your computer and sync with your phone

Is Doubletwist the actual music player as well? Or is it just a tool to get the music transferred? Gtunes looks nice but I am not even sure if this is a download service or an actual music player.

Sorry, I am really confused on how to get my iTunes over to my Charge. I own an iPod and it is pretty simple how that works. This is my first attempt to use a Droid as a music player. I didn't even bother with my D1.

DoubleTwist has two parts, a desktop part that ties into your desktop iTunes and a device app so you can play music with their app. Its fairly simple. You can also just mount your device and copy the music over to the folder you want. Not a sync method but an alternative option.

I used Easy Phone Tunes and it worked great! The music library showed up on the Music Player that came installed with the phone. What do you guys think of this player? Is there better ones out there?

sounds good to me if it syncs your music straight to your phone's music player.

I went this route today... worked VERY well.

I just went with the free version to start with, but I might just go ahead and drop the $3 to get the album artwork :)

EDIT: Just realized that all the album artwork showed up in my WinAmp App... scratch the $3 fee!

I use doubleTwist. First I imported my iTunes playlists into doubleTwist PC application. Then I downloaded and installed doubleTwist on my Samsung Droid Charge. I was able to sync my "imported iTunes library and playlists" using the USB connector and choosing the mass storage option. My Charge now acts just like my iPod nano for music playback.
