They can't really do that as they've already invested a lot in the note 7. If they add something new it might as well be the note 8 which will not only change the annual debut of Samsung devices but we'll have to wait longer.

True a lot of companies already have a "note" product. Not sure if they'll rename the galaxy note seties thoughave. I'm quite curious to find out what Samsung will do to the note 8.

Re: people are actually upset for samsung fixing an issue? I think it's a good thing how they reacted to this major flaw, although I wish it wasn't there in the first place. I dont have a note 7 so I can't be mad that they are recalling some back.

Awesome. I heard great things about the gear fit 2 watch. Too bad I can't get it for free since I didn't pre-order note 7...nor do I even have a note 7 :P

If you're not bothered by the 1080p then keep it, as it will increase the battery life of your phone.

I'd go with 6P or wait for the 2016 nexus. Open is better performance I think thanks to its large amount of ram and newer cpu/gpu but I'd say in a comparison, 6p wins in most of the other departments, especially updates. Nexus is first for updates.

I don't have a note 7 but if I did, I would love to have it naked but I really don't want such a beautiful phone to be vulnerable. I will probably get a case eventually. I recommend the Spigen ultra hybrid case, as the pictures I've seen it on the Note 7 were pretty nice and doesn't add much bulk

Carriers should release updates to fix stability issues or maybe you can ask for an exchange to another note 7.

Likely but not very. Oneplus has a record of slow updates, so patience is a factor in this one.

I would want the black onyx color. It looks incredibly amazing in my opinion.

I plan to get the LED cover. It looks really cool in my opinion. Its got a pocket where you can put IDs and other things while also providing full-body protection.
