I have had my MoPho since the first day available last year. No scratches so far. I put it in my shirt pocket all the time. I do have a case that protects it when it is on my belt. My wife uses one of the screen protectors on hers.

I see extremely slow 3g speeds in Chicago as well. This is not an issue with the Photon as I see it on my 3G card for my laptop as well... It has been this way since about April. To the point of it not being usable. I don't see this when I am home in Louisville, or, travel to other cities...

That is another option. I use my corporate email probably 80% of the time, so the default works well. But, if you are using two or more on a more or less even basis, having it pop up the icons for all of them may be more efficient.

I got used to it using my old Hero. One tip though is to set your default mailbox. From the mail app go to: Menu > Email settings > Default email account. There you can set the default first one displayed to which ever account you use the most.
