It's fixed. I noticed that Messages looked a bit different (the icons next to the text composition). I figured it took a major update and it did, and apparently google fixed this problem with the update.

I have an S8+, with google voice, and I can recieve MMS on GM but not on Messages anymore yes I tried changing the APN, it would not let me even reset it, I tried Updating the PRL, did not make a difference. Rebooted a few times to change between Automatic and LTE/CDMA for the APN selection...

It seems after the latest update, the only way I answer to call is to unlock the phone. Yes i've tried the accessibility menu settings from other posts via google but nothing has worked and after it's unlocked, I have to bring the notification menu down, which immediately hangs up the call
