Why Lineage OS has two privacy managers? App ops and privacy guard. They just go on top of each other so privacy guard is useless. I searched how to disable/remove privacy guard and removed appops.xml from data>system. The file just came back. How to disable or remove it completely?

In developer options you can change backround process limit. I started wondering is there way to set custom backround process limit. Can i do this by changing system files or something?

You can go to recovery mode by shutting down, then holding power, home and volume+ at the same time. There should be option to reset.

Im using Nova Launcher and it uses average 3mb ram. You can take animations off in Nova to make it faster. It even fixed blurry icons problem for me. You should give it a try.

Idk. I would try reflashing the firmware and TWRP via Odin. Also make sure that Gapps platform and Android version is right.

If i backup some apps' data with Titanium Backup and restore the data to newer version of the app, will the data corrupt or something?

I solved it. Those recent pictures were from my Google Drive. When i removed the account, they disappeared. Now i don't have to be curious where those pictures were from.
