The Evo version of Swype if downloaded on the Thunderbolt works perfect. If it was a Thunderbolt problem why does the Evo version work without any issues? I don't download the Evo version because the one that is available that I found was around 17mb.compared to 3.5mb for the Thunderbolt...

You need to download a new installer. I had the same problem. Erase the old one first so you don't get them mixed up by mistake, download the new installer, log in and you should be all set. That is what I did.

I have mine rooted with S-OFF. I also still have the stock rom but have removed allot of the junk from T-Mobile that just slows it down. Even after all I have removed it still has very little memory. Why does the regular music player go right to the music but the Connected Media which uses the same Music Player search for wifi and makes you cancel out wifi before playing any music?? It is the same music player but one goes thru Connected Media.
