Incase anyone else has this problem I fixed it using the Verizon Motorola Software Update and Repair Tool

This started last night, when I try to turn it on it shows the Motorola logo for a few seconds then vibrates and shuts down. When I go into the "Boot Selection Mode" and select Normal Powerup the phones boots to the Motorola logo vibrates and this time it just stays showing the logo it does not...
