Droid Ultra Will Not Turn On

This started last night, when I try to turn it on it shows the Motorola logo for a few seconds then vibrates and shuts down. When I go into the "Boot Selection Mode" and select Normal Powerup the phones boots to the Motorola logo vibrates and this time it just stays showing the logo it does not shut down or boot up just stays showing the logo... If I select recovery it shows the logo vibrates and shuts down, if I select factory it shows the logo vibrates and hangs on the logo screen. Any ideas? BTW... I did not run any updates before this started.

Incase anyone else has this problem I fixed it using the Verizon Motorola Software Update and Repair Tool
