Probably dumb question: Are you sure your home wifi is solid? And is your WiFi on the S23FE set as DHCP? (To make sure it does not have the same IP as something else on your home network)

We would need to know what phone you have to be able to help. Have you tried to boot into recovery mode and factory reset from there? (I figure you have but just in case)

I just installed ChatGPT on my S24U - I cannot find any place to log in? On my iPhone 14 Pro Max I can log into my free account. The only menu items are: New Chat - History - and Settings Settings has no actual settings just Rate Us Share ChatBot AI etc

As I mentioned Package Disabler Pro can Disable ANY app. it does not actually delete them it just disables them and hides them. You can simply uncheck a disabled app to 'bring' it back
