Try uninstalling the app that's causing the problem. Then reinstall it. I had a problem with my Kindle app on my Acer tablet. When I did this it all came back. Good luck.

You probably have this dealt with by now as it's 14 days since your post but I just had that exact problem with Amazon Kindle and this is what worked for me. I checked the other apps and they all worked except Kindle. I went to the app store and uninstalled the program then reinstalled it...
