Ok thank you for the help.. i think i might just get a Tab S4 or S6 as those seem to be best price to performance ratio at this point in time... Windows always connected tablet pc with 855 Snapdragon are still at least $1000 while I can get used tab s4 or S6 for $200-500 I'm trying to get away...

I did find out the tab s4 and s6 do not fully support T-Mobile's LTE on unlocked models hopefully the tab s7 does but it's no big deal to pickup a T-Mobile tab s4 if I deside to go T-Mobile they don't even sell the s5e so i don't think T-Mobile will have any new tablets except the ipad mini 5...
