I don't keep up with Android tablets but I'm wanting to know what are some that support LTE both Verizon and T-Mobile full band support and are considered Flagship level devices with 845/855 Snapdragon or similar? I'd like to stay at 10 inches or below if possible but I know it might be harder to get smaller devices with smartphones almost hitting 7 inches but any suggestions?

Only worthy one is the Tab S line. Tab S6 is the top of the line, Tab S5e if you're good with not having pen support, and Tab S4 if you're ok with having most of the bells and whistles with last year's hardware.

Ok i was figuring.. I think only the Tab S6 is supported on Verizon but I'll look at specs and support list.. if the tab S4 meets specs might pick it up...

Nope, both have support for all, BUT the LTE versions usually come out a little late on T-Mobile, so right now, you can only get the Tab S6 LTE from Verizon (although if unlocked it supports T-Mobile's network).

Ok what's the next step down from the Tab S line in terms of screen size and performance? I'm thinking maybe a powerful 8 inch if I don't deside on the tab s4.. I just know that without band 71 support for T-Mobile it wouldn't handle T-Mobile to its fullest potential

The Tab A line would be the step down, but that's a HUGE step down. To be honest, if you're not looking for a Tab S in the Android ecosystem, you're much better off with an iPad (the base models are fairly cheap and sales abound this year for some reason). The S5e is also a 'cheaper' alternative to the 4 or 6 (but you lose the S-Pen support, like I said).

I did find out the tab s4 and s6 do not fully support T-Mobile's LTE on unlocked models hopefully the tab s7 does but it's no big deal to pickup a T-Mobile tab s4 if I deside to go T-Mobile they don't even sell the s5e so i don't think T-Mobile will have any new tablets except the ipad mini 5 /ipad 7th gen

I've got an iPad Mini 4 right now and do not like apple's ecosystem anymore.. just not customizable enough

And in regards to an 8 inch android tablet with high specs (it doesn't have to be Samsung) just want to know what's out in terms of flagship level devices with 8 inch screen.. did some research and there seems to be lees of a want for 8 inch tablets especially with higher level or Flagship level specs

That's the thing: Samsung is pretty much the only one doing reasonably-spec'd tablets in the Android ecosystem. Everyone else is doing budget, cheapo ones or Chromebooks.

Ok thank you for the help.. i think i might just get a Tab S4 or S6 as those seem to be best price to performance ratio at this point in time... Windows always connected tablet pc with 855 Snapdragon are still at least $1000 while I can get used tab s4 or S6 for $200-500 I'm trying to get away fro x86 based CPUs because even the low wattage intel/amd CPUs still use too much power and battery life is horrible

On both the S4 and S6 I've gotten pretty good battery life, but I don't have the LTE version. 10 hours of screen-on time easily. And you won't be disappointed with those screens... they look absolutely amazing. Both are solid performers, but obviously the S6 is the most up-to-date beast and the S4 might be on its last 'update year'; if that's important to you, it should be on your list of things to consider as the S6 probably has two or more years of updates coming ahead.
