I still own a note 4, primarily because I'm poor, but also because I enjoy it. I enjoy the interchangeable battery ability, something Samsung and Apple seem to be done with. I enjoy the 10,000 mah battery I use in place of the OEM battery. That said, I am sick and tired of battery notifications...

I just want to be free of all power saving notifications. I have checked for all of the last few methods listed and the options are not present for me. See screenshots:
