Could I use an portable charger that has a 2.4amp port or would that damage it?

Vinsic 20,000 mah and two Tecknet 10,000 mah. If that is the case, then this is really rubbish, I am using the 2.1 amp port, which is the highest one available. How on earth does it manage discharge faster than it can charge?? There has to be a way for it to be the other way around.

I have two different ones both charge other devices. It can charge the Galaxy S6 when I am running for general use; music, games or browsing. But when I decide to use the tomtom, max screen brightness and mobile data thats when it discharges. It is like the settings equal to more battery usage...
