Accessibility menu is OFF. Mangification is OFF. See 2 screenshots attached. I still have the little man after going into Safe Mode and then booting up normally, did not help.

Oops! I had two problems going on. Safe Mode then standard mode gave me the keyboard with special characters above the keys, but I still have the little man. If you have an appetite for it, more help with the little man would be great. The keyboard was a very helpful thing. Thank you

Try going into safe mode then back out , sometimes can fix weird situations like this Yes, you were so right. Safe Mode, a normal boot, and a few preferences made, I got just the keyboard I wanted. Thank you Mustand7757!
