Try UNchecking F. Reset Time, that's what gave me success flashing CWM-6.0.5.1 to both of my S4mini's: GT-I9190 and GT-I9195I What are you flashing? And, to what model of S4mini?

Re: Dale problem So, you have Samsung driver(s) & a new version of Odin on PC, and the correct stock ROM for your model of S4mini, but the ROM fail'd to load & boot on your phone. OK then, my suggestion is to retry the Odin procedure, but this time UNcheck the box for F. Reset Time.

Active Apps is very useful. Congrats on finding it; I'd forgotten all it. Back when I used Active Apps it had a nice little widget that shows just the number of apps active on homescreen. BTW while you're in Running Apps, you can toggle between running Processes or running Apps.

Look up near the top of your Apps list. You're probably seeing All, it's a tab. To its left is the Running tab.

It is surprising that you used the Home button to close apps. It does not actually close an app. Instead, the Android opperating system closes apps as needed to make resources available for whatever is being used, or for allowing the device to sleep. To answer your question, have you tried...

Sebastion, the i9195 has barely enough resources for CM-13, so can't handle full g-apps. Google "Open Gapps" and download the minimal "Pico" gapps ZIP, then use CWM to wipe/format all, even Dalvik, and finally flash gapps ZIP.

Wrong! There IS a CM-13 ROM for your model, on xda. It's not an "official" cyanogenmod build, but probably way better than stock KitKat because it's Marshmallow based. Plus, the dev is considering whether to build CM-14, i.e. porting Nougat to your phone. [ROM][GT-I9195I][UNOFFICIAL][6.0.1]...

I believe you are correct. The CM developer (arco68) for S4mini models 9190 and 9195 posted some time ago that while he was interested in seeing an S4mini-plus model had become available, he was not interested enough to build for it. Apparently nobody else has come to the rescue either. Still...

I had this same issue on my S4mini (running CM-12.0). Could not find any solution until doing two things first: (1) Updated my ROM to the latest CM-12.0, and (2) Updated Super SU to its latest version. After that, I open'd Super SU and it updated binaries successfully. BTW now I have CM-12.1...
