Questions about Android from an iPhone user

Hello, I love my iPhone (6s) but now is the 2nd time in 10 months that my battery drains so fast (55% to 18% in 1 hour of heavy use, 18% to 12% in 1 min standby) and the phone gets slow too!!!!! This is getting old real fast. The only apps I REGULARLY use are Apple Music, iMessage and Discord...

(Previously Resolved) More than a Billion Snapdragon-based Android Phones Vulnerable to Hacking

Ye I'm going for the iPhone. I just can't deal anymore with Google Play begging for my Credit Card information. That and much more is just it. Sure Android devices look better, but I've been using BlackBerry for years because it works, which is what I need. Thanks for everyone who shared their...

(Previously Resolved) More than a Billion Snapdragon-based Android Phones Vulnerable to Hacking

I've read the comments, it makes sense, kinda like Windows. You have to be very dumb to get infected--good news. Well, I am very frustrated as I was about to buy my Passport SE, but noticed Whatsapp and Facebook are ditching on BB10 so I'm trying to figure out what phone to get. While I don't...

(Previously Resolved) More than a Billion Snapdragon-based Android Phones Vulnerable to Hacking

They obviously never cared about my privacy, or they'd let me choose the app permissions way before Android 6. I honestly don't see any Android device multitasking. What do you need 4 gigs of memory for when you're not using it, you know pretty much all apps and games have to be reloaded inside...

(Previously Resolved) More than a Billion Snapdragon-based Android Phones Vulnerable to Hacking

Agree but any Android before Android 6.0 is rather insecure and has NO respect whatsoever for my privacy. So while the BB PRIV is great on paper, the fact of the matter is that any Android version lower than 6.0 can't be taken seriously for me and other users who care about their privacy--which...

Interesting, but that still leaves the majority vulnerable. I really wonder if this is possible with the PRIV. Still using my BlackBerry10 device right now. But whatsapp stoppes so need something new and it's either PRIV or iPhone, I'd like the Nexus too, but these type of news articles makes...

    Any announcement for a sale?

Hee, Has there already been a sale and if so how much discount was there? I am waiting for a sale as the price has been stuck on 800euro for the last 5 months here. Green = minimum, Blue = average (price). Anyway it is very expensive for an Android phone and I'm not very sure about Android...

Hello, I'm installing Android 6.0.1 on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 10.1, because you know, Samsung is king of horrible oems. However everything works great and smooth except the play store. It either crashes, doesn't exist (pico gapps package) or with the stock gapps package it says google play...

Hello, I'm a BlackBerry users and thinking of buying the Huawei Mate 8 which runs Android 6.0--great. But how fast--if at all will it receive android 7.0 when released. Can some Huawei user tell me his experience? Also I'm still in doubt about the BlackBerry PRIV or Huawei Mate 8. The priv...

BlackBerry user needs your advice for his next phone.

A yes I use adguard on my pc, great than I'll add it to my android when i get one. Ye I use it to stay in contact with people and email--that's about it. I don't use fancy apps and won't consume media on it. My Classic is as I speak at 25% in the second day--it's 11:51pm now.

BlackBerry user needs your advice for his next phone.

Thanks to both of you, the HUB is a place where all stuff comes into one place. I need it to last a FULL day, so not 9-5, but 9am-1am. On average I use about 3 hours per day the screen. I just heard something about Android N, would I be able to install this on the BlackBerry PRIV and still get...
