    dude stop complaining, either Dial *228, choose option 2, and then wait to update your signal or call verizon and get your device replaced. this is defiantly one of the best phones I have ever had, yet you make it sound like your using an iphone.

    3G Not Turning On

    had the same issue before on my first DINC. try doing a factory reset, if it continues i would also recommend getting it replaced.

    Wifi Only (without carrier)

    I'm sure you can, but you would be limited to certain apps (no google voice for example). You'd probably be better off actually getting an ipod touch. P.S. its spelled "Verizon"
