Yes, the biggest problem is to find genuine oem brand new and fresh battery. Most if not all batteries on ebay and amazon are used (even if they say.. New), cheap aftermarket junk or LG counterfeit.
Yes I did. At this point seem like Google don’t know what they are doing with their Lollipop (buggy as hell). Never seen anything like that in Jelly beans and Kitkat. Also 20% battery drain overnight in airplane mode…not good.
Black screen of death still unfixed in 5.1.1. My Nexus 4 with 5.1.1 on it just did it... I had to 'Power+Volume Down' to start the phone. I think i going to re-flash my phone with Kitkat soon..
Strange, it fixed battery drain for me in 5.0. Sideloaded 5.0.1 update just now, will see if there any bug fixes and improvements with and without whifi scanning.
Did clean factory image install and flashed LTE modem. My works fast and smooth, feels like brand new phone again, absolutely see no reason to upgrade.., well may be iPhone6S next year.
So how come apple people always getting their iOS iPhones & iPads updates on all devices (WiFI / LTE) and service providers simultaneously? Do you think Verizon have to approve all iOS updates too?
Apple and Nexus product lines are not Verizon branded products. Not their business to push google or apple to give you latest os update. You can drop Verizon service today and install At&T sim tomorrow then blame At&T .
Verizon has nothing to go with this update, blame Google. We have one Verizon and two T-mobile models here, still no update as of right now 'June 14 2014 ' I live 20miles away from Google main office in Mountain view.
