Im wondering what issue you had with the camera. Ive been using the camera almost every day and i have yet to encounter troubles with it. The S7/S7 Edge is the best smartphone camera out there.

Make sure that Wi-Fi Direct is enabled on the receiving device. Select the File that you want to transfer> hit Share on the upper right corner> on the lower section tap Nearby Sharing. File transfer was same with Shareit or even slightly faster.
