this is happening to me too, using facebook suddenly freezes and the phone restarts, i have a galaxy S4 with KitKat, hope someone can bring some light here

i'm planning to go on vacations and want to disable all call and sms but i want to keep data connection to be able to use google maps, hotel reservations, etc, is there a way to do that? or an app?), not through wifi because I won't be able to always find a spot. Hope someone can help me, thanks.
