How to disable calls/sms, keep data connection (vacations)

i'm planning to go on vacations and want to disable all call and sms but i want to keep data connection to be able to use google maps, hotel reservations, etc, is there a way to do that? or an app?), not through wifi because I won't be able to always find a spot.

I use Go launcher and SMS
It has the option to set an AWAY so if someone calls or messages it auto replies and doesn't ring.
