Update: I reset my phone and thought that it had gone away. It has started to come back after around 2hrs use though. It looks like I'll be returning this one.

I'm inclined to agree.....I'll wait and see if it clears with the next update and a hard reset and return it if it doesn't.

It does clear as soon as you start to scroll again, but it clearly isn't right.....
