Hello! Just to be clear, this IS the same anonymous user who posted the topic. I didn't realize I already have an account on here. My phone is a Samsung J3 6 (or something close to that if I'm wrong; I don't use my phone's name very often) And the screenshot displaying my concern is below.

The only app I can think of like that would be Avast. But I've always had Avast.. It only became a problem recently.

Dude, I already said. I know how to upload screenshots. I even had one ready. I even posted it! I actually got an error message saying I don't have permission to post links.

I just said I can't.. Am I still allowed to post attachments or something? And again, it's not the icon that's orange, it's the percentage. And I'll turn saving mode off to see if that makes it go back to normal, but I never saw it turn orange before and I always use saving mode.

I've been having notification issues too. Not like this, but I can't open them. I tap and tap and tap but it's like my touches aren't registerring. And I know it's not my tablet because the entire screen works fine everywhere else.
