Voice to Text on my S25 Ultra is much worse then it was on my Pixel. These things seem to happen to often: queuing up and not registering anything I say, not getting 1 word in a sentence correct. Sometimes Its so wrong it's kind of impressive. On my Pixel 7pro it was near flawless...

This has happened to me a bunch of times using Voice to Text with GBoard, on my S25 Ultra.

It lasts 1 to 2 seconds. Sounds like someone talking but it's so garbled and static I can't make out one word. Seems like the person on the other line doesn't hear it. I would say my on the phone uses moderate and this happens maybe once every 3 weeks

Stock phone app, unlocked, on Verizon. It happens on Wi-Fi calling, I can try turning that off. but I think it has happened with that off as well

So far I've only noticed it through the phone.

I get random interference during voice calls. Is there anything to change or reset to stop it?
