i got it fixed. i re-did all my security settings and Force logged-out all my devices form the account settings. after that i relogged on my phone and reset the data and cashe. then restarted my phone. now i finally got to set the voice model. Thanks for all the support B. Diddy

that is the most basic thing i did. also off - restart - on - restart i tried all the basic combinations. same with cashe and uninstalling/updating the google app

My S7 edge is just the same, i suppose this means the problem originates somewhere in my google account? i went over my settings but i didn't find anything that could cause this

clearing all data also didn't work, hadn't tried that yet though. i have my old Samsung S7 Edge i will get it right after this post. you mean clear data on that phone so it forgets its settings and try to acces voice model on the S20 ?

Hello, i am trying to get voice assistant to work including on lock screen. after searching a few hours i i know i need to use the retrain option. and here my problem starts. under the "OK Google" Option there is no voice model option. it jumps right to Shared devices. i have no idea...
