good speeds though you roughly have half the signal. What is your location? What phone do you use? Could you repeat the tests at a prime time slot such between 7 and 9pm?

Here are some numbers that might be pertinent:

Readings were taken at ~3:00PM Friday on the East Coast [NJ]
inside my house with poor signal: -100dBm --> -120 dBm
Wi-Fi disabled
