LG Stylo 3 App Is Blocking Google Pay

I'm trying to set up Google pay on my new LG Stylo 3 but everytime I go to a my bank card it says there's an app blocking Google pay and it won't let me add the card it tells me to turn off apps that write over screen what is the problem here I had a previous phone where I didn't have this issue and I have the same apps installed is anyone else having this issue is there a fix for this

Hey, you still having the issues with Android Pay? If you're phone is rooted, it won't allow the "Pay" apps without a little tinkering. Or, you may need to change your settings. The settings choice it's referring to about overwrite is all in: Settings, then choose general, then apps and there you can set your permissions.
