I just got my 360 several days ago (brown leather band) and also picked up a Pebble steel bracelet. The Pebble bracelet came with a mini screwdriver which I used to remove the leather band/pin and also to remove extra links on the steel bracelet, but removing/replacing the pin proved tricky and I think I came close to damaging the plastic back.

I see that there are watch repair kits online, with Amazon having several for $30 or less, and I plan to buy one. Was wondering if anyone here has done the same and has any particular one they recommend.

FYI, for under $10, you can buy from Amazon just the one tool that aids in removing the pin, but I'm going to splurge and pay more for a more elaborate kit which has tools to aid in removing links, etc., and could be useful for servicing other traditional watches as well.

I would read the reviews on the kits and find the one with the best ones. That is usually how I determine what I am going to go with on Amazon.
