I assume that turning on your phone gives you a home page filled with app icons and widgets. You question is about what happens when you open your internet broswer?

Chrome for Android does not provide an option to set a home page. If you open a new tab, you get the Chrome Browser page. If it was previously open and you return to it, you should get the last page you were viewing.

If you want to set an actual Home Page, you need a different browser.

Hi KC. No, when I turn on my phone it doesn't give me my home page. It gives me the Chrome browser page.

So everytime I start my phone, Chrome comes up, and then I have to push my home button to get to my home page. It frustrates me. BTW, thanks for responding.

If you wish, I can create a video to show you what happens on my phone.

(I think I've got it. To start my phone, i was moving my finger from the arrow pointing up (at the bottom of the phone) and moving it toward the lock. So when I opened the phone, there was my browser. Now I realize when I shut my phone down, I must be on my home page, then slide the circled lock to the right.)
