How well would a Sandisk Ultraplus microSDHC UHS-1 perform?

How well can I expect a Sandisk Ultraplus 32 GB microSDHC UHS-1 with a class 10 rating to perform as portable memory on the Moto E4?
In the future, if I decided to use it as adoptive memory, how well could I expect it to perform with normal use?

1. Portable memory would work fine.
2. The fastest existing SD card is still slower than the standard NAND used in phones. So making any SD card adopted will have speed effects.

How much slower? Would the card be functional? Would there be a noticeable difference in a slightly slower or faster card?
