Getting frequent apps closing

On my G4 Plus, I get frequent apps closing with the menu that pops up to close, send off issue. Most of the apps are CNN, AOL, Huffington Post, with a few like WordFeud, SpadesPlus. Seems like it's apps that launch something within themselves, such as links (see my other post about that!) or in app purchases (which I usually don't do not). I know Huffington depends Webview. Is my system just unstable, and I should just Factory Reset (this will be my 3rd or 4th Factory Reset since having the phone-which I use the Recovery Menu to perform Reset, not within Settings, Backup & Reset).
