I'm 99.9% sure that you can't, simply because Virgin Mobile is so strict that only their phones can be activated on Virgin Mobile. I used to have VM andI hope I am wrong.

If you wanted to use it on Sprint and weren't loyal to Virgin Mobile, you could definitely use it on Ting, a Sprint MVNO.
