i'm a good computer guy, dos, windows, linux, unix even...but only a 1 week old android user. can you just elaborate on that a little? i looked, but don't understand where a 'my stuff page' is. seriously.. please?

sure. you gotta go to motorola.com. go to your account. then go to the repairs/support section. then you will have a dropdown somewhere that says my stuff. once in there you will see the opt in part. it is a bit of a pain to find the my stuff section.

its called the feedback network.

anyone else getting survey closed? my internet went out the moment i clicked on the link and then came back on a minute later. when i got the page to load it said it was closed.

OK mine now says Motorola Feedback Network (MFN) Status: Yes and I followed all directions do I wait for an email or an update on the phone or what?!!

IMO it's the Band update, pretty fast work.
It's an oversight better put behind them.

If you follow all the directions and get accepted... then you will get an email with more instructions about the update testing, including things like surveys that you will need to fill out later and a special link to a secure part of THEIR forum that you can post any issues. Then you will get a OTA Update.

Again, this is important... you should NOT post any details about this update on ANY forum except the one you are given by Motorola to post any issues... this includes NOT posting any details on this forum.
