Any new Roms or mods for the Developer Edition?

Just curious. I know stock is pretty good, but has anyone tried any custom roms or kernels that would not be available on the carrier editions?
I'm still contemplating getting this phone and am currently on Verizon. Has anyone already taken the plunge and unlocked the bootloader?

I don't have the Developer Edition, but I have been keeping an eye out for ROMs. So far, there isn't much...just stuff that is unofficial and in testing. I won't unlock the bootloader until a ROM comes out, and if I need to.
