Bluetooth not working

I read somewhere that many Motorola x phones were sold having a manufacturing fault, the bluetooth never worked and could not be fixed with a patch. I have just discovered that my Bluetooth does not work. Can anyone confirm this?

contact them and ask for RMA if it's really a manufacturer fault.

If it was Moto X phones, then this is the wrong forum section. You'd also want to find out what generation Moto X you're talking about. I personally haven't had any issues with the bluetooth aside from occasional hiccups that seem to be common with bluetooth.
