Re: No Thanks Verizon

Going to be 10-15 bloat apps on there. Wonder if they can be uninstalled or only disabled....

How long did the turbo 2 wait for mm?

I've had my share of carrier phones through the years and much prefer to avoid them, but disabling the bloat isn't too bad - just a little time consuming. Verizon has a lot of it, but believe me AT&T has their share of crud too, and I never found any of it useful. But as long as it can be disabled, it's not a deal breaker - for me anyhow.

I had a lot of bloat on the LG G3 but with android L and later, you can disable apps which makes it easy to get rid of apps.

As far as bloatware on the vzw carrier model. In comparison I think I disabled 10-15 apps on my vzw Moto X (2013).But I still loved that phone. So as others said just typical of vzw.
"Maybe" not as much bloat on this is other vzw phones?

You can get a backplate that will cover it. Branding has no effect on me. I barely notice it after a week. Bloatware bothers me a little just because it takes time to get rid of them.

You been under a rock? This is typical for most if not all Verizon phones. Takes maybe 2 minutes to uninstall or disable.
