Moto Z: Rumored Pricing

Motorola failed to announce pricing during the Moto Z announcement (dear OEMs, stop doing that. Have pricing and release date ready for your presentation).

Dug up some rumors for pricing in China when the Moto Z and Moto Z Force launch there in September.

Moto Z: 2998 Yuan
Moto Z Force with Incipio offGRID Power Pack: 5299 Yuan

While these are usually never direct translations, converting to USD get us to:

Moto Z: $457
Moto Z Force with Power Pack: $808

As a refresher, the current DROIDs start at $384 (16GB DROID MAXX 2) and $624 (32GB DROID TURBO 2). The 64GB DROID TURBO 2 is $720.

Both Moto Zs will have 32GB and 64GB options.

I'm updating my previous guesses. Here's what I think the Moto Z will be priced at.

32GB Moto Z DROID EDITION: $432 (or $18/month for 24 months)

64GB Moto Z DROID EDITION: $480 (or $20/month for 24 months)

32GB Moto Z DROID EDITION: $648 (or $27/month for 24 months)

64GB Moto Z DROID EDITION: $696 (or $29/month for 24 months)

Incipio offGRID Power Pack: $79.99

Style Shell (leather, wood, or nylon): $29.99

Style Shell (basic): $19.99
