Fairly accurate except for the part about the battery, the "wonky Moto software", and the "mushy buttons".

What Moto sequel is referenced at the end? The 2015 MotoX?

I think the review is mostly spot on. But these after the buzz videos are tough to watch in general.

Most hardware struggles to live up to hype. I am starting to better understand why hardware manufacturers sell their benefits and not their specifications. Yet we hang out and discuss specifications for months before the device is even real.

It's hard to blanket a device's benefits, this is why I prefer specs. Benefits depend and vary greatly on usage and installed apps/settings. It's frustrating seeing people complain about benefits not panning out and yet they have push notifications for every app and then you get the "it should be able to" threads. So for me, knowing there's a 3900mAh battery means much more than "up to 2 days battery life."

They should have advertised the battery a lil different when the turbo came out, because the up to 48 hrs is misleading.. what they should have said is just "hours more than the competition" or something..
The turbo is a great battery, but the quad hd screen uses it a lot faster than a 1080 screen would have. With a 1080 screeni could see up to 48hrs.

While the turbo will go 48hrs with fairly light use, so did my note4 and note 3 and droid maxx
