Posted a new version supporting 2.3.1 and including a few market app updates as well as theming of Launcher2. Smaller tweaks throughout as well. Enjoy

fission rom manager is working fine afaik. but 2.2.2 is not the most recent fission / is not the fission that's up on rom manager. it's fission 2.3.1.

I'm aware that 2.2.2 isn't the most recent. But this is the only rom available with a blackout theme. I just tried to DL again... care to explain the error codes?

This is actually not the case. You're just like 3 or 4 versions back on Fission ROM Manager and so you're looking at files that don't exist anymore and are extremely stale. AND, there most certainly is a version of Black Out for 2.3.1. My post directly above yours states exactly that, the release of Black Out Preview 6 for Fission 2.3.1.

I suggest updating Fission ROM Manager and looking again. There's been a few new versions since the one that you have.

The ROMs are updated.. in the most recent version of the Fission ROM Manager. You have an old ROM Manager, which is no longer supported. It's on version 1.2.4 now I believe and you're still on 1.1. There've been numerous breaking changes and so they've stopped supporting the older versions. I don't write the ROM Manager, talk to the dev's if you have issues with how they build it.

I believe it's only for donators. Like I said, I don't really have anything to do with Fission ROM Manager. I just put my theme up to make it easier to install for everybody. You'd have to ask AngDroid / one of the dev's with Fission about that.

I do believe they have a public "lite" version though on their website.

Awesome, hopefully everything works out for you. I know now they started putting new versions of the ROM Manager up on the ROM Manager so you can upgrade directly from it, but they just started doing that from version to version. I'm glad I could be of some help

I appreciate the help. Keep up the good work. I guess I'll find out if I have to donate again to get access to the updated manager.

Just posted up Preview 7 for 2.4.2/2.4.3. Enjoy all. It comes with a new Dialer, newly blacked out Google Quick Search Box, market updates for Facebook and MyVerizon, newly blacked out YouTube and Pandora widgets, a D2G Edition! And, I can't remember anymore what else but there were definitely a few other tweaks haha.. if that wasn't enough

Preview 7.1 posted. Fixes battery indicator issue. Now the numbers should match up to what your battery actually is at.
