Download the Zip From Google - Jelly Bean

Download the Team EOS Rcovery - Team EOS Rcovery

Unlock your Bootloader if haven't already through Fastboot - fastboot oem lock

Move the download zip file to your SD Card.

Flash Team EOS recovery using Fastboot. May take two times to get it to take. You do not need root for this. - fastboot flash recovery eos-recovery-r6.img

Reboot into recovery.

Choose install zip from SD Card.

Select JB zip.

Sit back, relax.

Reboot.

Enjoy.

Ya, the update flashes stock recovery once complete. As for the OEM lock again, not sure.. I never tried it.

Thanks for the tip. Got one of our Xoom's patched up and it's running buttery smooth.

yodatom10 - as for the recovery, after you flash the recovery image, press Volume Up + Power to shut off, then Volume Up & Volume Down & Power and it should boot into the new recovery menu. It took me a few tries, and I think it's supposed to work with just Volume Up + Power. I also used the touch version of recovery (eos-recovery-r6-softkeys.img). I may have also unplugged the USB cable when I went into recovery.
