picture gallery settings

I would like to set up my xoom to scroll thru my wedding pictures while it sits on it's charging dock and is otherwise not in use. I can get it to do it once but not in continuous loop. Is there a way to set it up so it will keep going? Maybe an app?
Also,will leaving my xoom on lt's dock every night while turned off do the battery any harm?

QuickPics slideshow repeats endlessly, and you can adjust the intervals and select shuffle if you desire.
