I'm sticking with the normal method - I tried Updater and wound up doing a factory reset over Christmas break.

Still not showing in Oxygen updater yet for me
Same here in the U.K. on Oxygen Updater for the 10.3.1 update.

However, all the updates I have seen so far, are for the smaller incremental update and as I am on Open Beta I would need the FULL download.

Yeah, I'm rooted with TWRP so I need the full zip as well. It does not look like anyone has gotten hold of that yet

AFAIK Ryano89, the Oxygen Updater, (also OnePlus), is only pushing out the smaller, incremental, update for the OnePlus 6T model so far. No good for rooted or converted TMo phones, that require the full download.

It's SuperBowl Sunday and I still haven't gotten anything. I'm assuming if they're now rolling out for the OnePlus 6 that they're done with the 6t and I can definitely say something is amiss.

The Chinese have been on a national holiday since the 25th January, to celebrate the Lunar New Year. Today, marks the return to work for those in areas not affected by a lockdown in response to the Coronavirus. Certain areas, notably the U.K. & U.S.A. have been slow on the 6T, to receive the OTA 10.3.1 update but this should change now and the roll-out will now continue for both models, worldwide.
