OnePlus One - Android update has broken the encryption on my phone

[AC Question]

So I just updated my phone to the latest version of Android and now it doesn't recognise my encryption password and I can't turn on my phone at all.

I have lots of information (photo's, random info etc) that I need to get back and I don't want to factory reset my phone.

Can anyone help me with this problem as I'm kinda screwed at the moment.
