themes for harm/BB

You can edit the framework.apk that comes with them...

Of course if you screw up you'll bork your current installation and would probably have to reflash...

There is some themes in Harmonia's second post, and if you look close there is a link to more.
Also, there is some Reborn themes that will work, if you go back a few pages from the end, it is discussed.

Honestly though, what are you looking for? Statusbars only have a few differences, and the launxher is more or less entirely separate. So unless you are talking a bout a complete theme through and through like Reborn, you should be able to get most of what you want. Which is why Harmonia is packaged the way it is.
