Phone wont show recovery (bricked)

Cant get into recovery or anything is there anyway to fix this?

I had downloaded a rom from Rom manager and backed everything went to flash it and it just went to a blank recovery screen now when i turn it on it goes to the lg logo then a backlit screen

Chances are your recovery is there but you can't see it. Research android screencast and you should be able to use your blank screened recovery to flash a different rom and then flash a proper recovery from your rom

This is why people who havent done any rooting and flashing should always read beforehand. it is addressed in almost every single ROM release thread that newer OVs have OVs screens and will have blank screen when its recovery is flashed by Rom Manager.
