Rooting Guides From Forum

Can i use all rooting guides for root my device from forum?
My device is LG Optimus One. It's v10e.

I am trying to root it from this link:

But every time same problem occuring. The details;

Usb connection is reseting but not reconnecting. I waited 20 minutes. I tried it 70-80 times. Already 4 days but nothing changed...
