Corr Wireless APN Settings

After searching through double digits worth of Google search result pages trying to find the APN settings for Corr Wireless, I went to the local store and got the information from them. Now I want to pass this information on to the internet so that its quickly accessable incase someone ever deletes the settings or flashes their phone

APN: corrgprs
Proxy: 66.255.55.23
Port: 9201
MMSC: http://mms.iot1.com/corr/mms.php
There is no username or password and the APN type varies based on the phone. My phone required me to type in that information so I left that field blank as well.
